Exclusive first look at Tera Garchomp ex ultra-rare for Pokémon TCG Paradox Rift
We're excited to be able to show you an exclusive first look at the new Tera Garchomp ex ultra rare full art coming to the Pokémon TCG in the Paradox Rift expansion.
This new set stars Garchomp as a Water-type thanks to the new Tera mechanic introduced in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. And I have to say, Garchomp's looking pretty fancy with that blue sheen in its Tera form.
This card and a whole lot more will be available in the Paradox Rift expansion. Read on to find out more about the new Tera Garchomp ex ultra rare as well as some info on the new set.

First look at Tera Garchomp ex
This Tera Garchomp ex is one of 28 different ultra-rare full-art cards coming in Paradox Rift. It features a full view of Garchomp in its sparkling Water-type Tera form.
This is an ultra-rare, so it'll be pretty tough to find. I'm looking forward to potentially pulling some Garchomps myself - it's easily one of my favourites from Pokémon Diamond & Pearl, and I'm a fan of the ultra-rare Tera cards too.
Garchomp's first move, Hydro Lander, deals 160 damage and costs one Fighting Energy. You can attach up to 3 Basic Fighting Energy cards from your discard pile to your Benched Pokémon in any way you like.
Its second attack, Sonic Dive, costs two Colourless Energy. It reads "Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon. This attack does 120 damage to one of your opponent's Pokémon."
It seems like Garchomp ex will be great for accelerating Energy to your bench, and it has plenty of early-game pressure too - if you can evolve your Gible and Gabite quick enough.
