Sims-like Life by You gets Early Access moving in date
For some, Maxis' The Sims has been an uncontested giant for far, far too long. Fans have a troubled relationship with the game, loving it for all of the godlike powers it offers and all of the design items that they could possibly desire.
Unfortunately, some feel that each begged-for feature has been locked behind a paywall or overpriced stuff packs, leaving them slighted. They can't stop playing because they can't get the experience anywhere else, but they can't stomach feeding the machine.
Yes, The Sims is amazing, but you're going to have to pay for it. When Life By You was revealed, hope was lifted. Could the game be even better than The Sims itself, or could it force EA to step up its game in the face of a new competitor? The possibilities are exciting for fans, and now, we know when to brace for impact.
Life by You gets Early Access date
Paradox Tectonic has come forward after a period of quiet to reveal that Life by You will soon be entering Early Access, meaning that you'll finally have the chance to see what all the fuss is about.
Life by You is gearing up for Early Access so that players can test it out, and shockingly, it's coming pretty soon. Life by You enters Early Access on June 4, so at the time of writing, you've only got a month or so to prepare for the title's arrival.
The game is designed to give players total freedom, taking the Sims-like experience to new heights via the opportunity to step into the shoes of the characters you create, as well as loom over them from on high.
They'll also be able to engage in real-language conversations with everyone around them, meaning players can build a world to their perfect specifications and live in it as though it were real. It's a tall order, but if it works, it'll be revolutionary. Clear some space for Life by You because we know it's already full of stuff packs and mods.
