There are plenty of occasions where a healing item is going to come in handy in Dragon’s Dogma 2, especially when you’re grappling with Griffins and Cyclops and Ogres (oh my) – so I’m here to bring you some of the best that will have you feeling right as rain in no time.

Whether you need a quick fix to get you through a tough fight in the game, or something with a lot more punch to rid you of ailments completely, these are the healing items you should be using.

What are the best healing items in Dragon’s Dogma 2?

The best healing items you’ll find in Dragon’s Dogma 2 are:

  • Allheal Elixir
  • Panacea
  • Fine Mincemeat Roborant
  • Fine Roe Roborant
  • Fruit Roborant
  • Salubrious Draughts

By far the best of these is the Allheal Elixir that not only heals you but helps remove loss and status ailments so that you can truly get a full heal. This concoction restores all your health and stamina and cures you of any ailments, but it does weigh 0.20 kg - which is quite heavy.

Following that is the Panacea and the Fine Roborants that will heal an immense amount of health. However, these are a little rarer so it’s worth keeping hold of them until necessary. I think they're very close to being the best healing item overall because they restore a lot of health and stamina, don’t dry out, and weigh very little, meaning you can carry a lot on your journey.

If you’re looking for some quick healing items that you can set to your quick buttons, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to stock up on Fruit Roborants and Salubrious Draughts so that you can top up your health when needed.

How to get the best healing items

While most healing items like the Roborants and Salubrious Draughts can be made by combining various raw ingredients, other items like the Panacea and Allheal Elixir tend to just be found in chests or tables and shelves around the world.

The Panacea can be bought in Harve Village for a hefty amount of gold early in the game, and both items also have a rare chance of being dropped by prominent enemies, like the Sphinx or the Chimera.
