How to farm Pointed Fangs in Dragon’s Dogma 2
Once you get into the latter sections of Dragon’s Dogma 2, you'll find yourself needing more and more Pointed Fangs to upgrade your equipment. This includes lots of the armour pieces you’ll be looking to upgrade.
Finding Pointed Fangs can be awkward, which is understandable due to how valuable they are and what you use them for. To get the Pointed Fangs you will need to kill Wargs, an enemy that’s incredibly rare but fortunately becomes a bit more common once you finish the game and go back to hunting monsters and exploring the world.
Where to find Wargs in Dragon’s Dogma 2
Where I’ve had the most luck with finding Wargs to get Pointed Fangs is in the Agamen Volcanic Island, which is the southernmost region in the game. They seem to spawn most frequently to the north of the Volcanic Island Camp, but you typically won't find too many of them until you've reached the Unmoored World in the true ending.
Wargs are the most challenging type of wolf you will fight in DD2, but they're found sparingly and aren’t always guaranteed to even drop the Pointed Fang - making them much harder to find overall.
Outside of the above location, you'll always have a chance of stumbling across the beasts naturally in the world as you're adventuring, often found in a pack of wolves where they’re noticeably different due to their size, red eyes, and appearance to the generic wolves seen previously.
On top of that, Merchants may be selling the item, but it's quite rare to find them there because they rotate their stocks - so you're likely better off visiting the above spot instead.
