All powerups & weapon pickups in MW3's Arcade Playlist
One of the highlights of Season 3 Reloaded is a brand-new Arcade Playlist available in Modern Warfare 3. This playlist introduces powerups and weapon pickups to MW3 Multiplayer, sacrificing realism for some good ol' fun.
This primer explains the basics of the game's latest playlist, including all the powerups and weapon pickups you can discover in the Arcade Playlist.

For the most part, the Arcade Playlist plays like regular Multiplayer but with a few special powerups and augmented weapons to fight over. Like Mosh Pit, the Arcade Playlist supports a variety of maps and modes, spicing up the gameplay further.
All powerups
Powerups appear when you eliminate enemy Operators, and you can retrieve them to gain temporary abilities. To start, the Arcade Playlist features just two powerups:
- Unlimited Ammo
- Unlimited Grenades
All weapon pickups
In the Arcade Playlist exists powerful weapon pickups dispersed throughout the maps, which you can identify by their floating animation and glowing effects. Available weapon pickups include:
- Punch Knife with a dramatically increased lunge distance
- MORS Sniper Rifle loaded with explosive projectile rounds
- Riveter Shotgun loaded with explosive projectile rounds
- Minigun that provides a constant Battle Rage effect
In all honesty, the selection of powerups and weapon pickups is lacking. However, some players might prefer it that way, as too many powerups and weapon pickups would make things extremely hectic. Still, I'd wager they'll expand on the Arcade Playlist with new additions, as long as it's not a complete failure.
