How do you complete The Tale of Rowland Oakes?

To begin The Tale of Rowland Oakes, you will find Adelaide Oakes in the Astronomy Wing of the castle. Speak with them and they’ll explain how they want to find their uncle, Rowland, who has been known to spend time around the goblin community.

Follow the quest location on your map and defeat the group of goblins in your path. After doing so, explore the camp full of goblins to find a trade map that will signal where to go next. Remember to use Revelio frequently if you're struggling to find the Rowland Oakes map in the camp.
