The Genshin Impact 3.7 update is coming soon, and many players are wondering when exactly they'll be able to jump into the latest version of the game, and what changes will be coming.

Genshin Impact 3.7 release date

The Genshin Impact 3.7 release date is expected to be May 24, 2023. This is based on the usual pattern of updates, as they typically release directly six weeks after the previous one. 

If the speculated release date is correct, we expect servers to go down for maintenance for roughly five hours leading up to the new patch.

While the major details on Genshin Impact 3.7 will be sparse until the live stream prior to its launch, we do know who the new character is set to be. 

Kirara has been confirmed as the latest character, and leaks have suggested she'll belong to the four-star Banner, though we can't say for sure until this is confirmed.

On top of the new character, there have been some leaks regarding the characters who will be returning to feature on the limited Banners. These are:

• Five-star characters
• Yae Miko
• Yoimiya
• Four-star characters
• Chongyun
• Kirara
• Yunjin

It's worth remembering these leaks are subject to change in the final version, so we won't know the Banner characters until the live stream prior to the update.
