How to use Sage’s Will in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

As you progress through The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s story, you’ll be acquiring new allies in the form of Hyrule’s sages. Each Sage has an ability that can aid Link in his adventure.

For example, the earliest Sage you will most likely encounter is Tulin and, after completing the Wind Temple, he will allow you to use a familiar of himself to continue using his Gust ability to help you glide further and faster.

The Sage’s Wills are upgrade materials that allow you to increase the attack power of your Sage companions.

Like the Lights of Blessing, to use the Sage’s Will in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you will need to gather four of them and present them to a Goddess Statue.

After doing so, you will be able to select the companion whose attack power you would like to increase.

Now that you know what they do, you’re going to need to know where to find the Sage’s Will.

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, there are 20 Sage’s Will in total. For the most part, they are scattered around the various Sky Islands above Hyrule. So, make sure you’ve got your Paraglider and Rune Abilities handy before you begin.

However, some Sage’s Will require you to defeat difficult bosses, like the King Gleeok, and navigate precarious environmental puzzles to obtain them.
