Do Altars of Lilith reset in Diablo 4 Season 1?
It's been confirmed that Altars of Lilith do not reset in Diablo 4 Season 1, meaning you will not need to go around the world to activate them all once again for the stat bonuses.
This was confirmed during a May developer livestream (embedded above) by Associate Game Director, Joseph Piepiora.
Essentially, while you can go and do all or some of the Altars of Lilith during a new season, you will only receive the XP and Renown rewards, while the Realm Power - that rewards stat bonuses - will remain active permanently for all characters.
This leaves the choice up to you, and with other, more engaging, ways of earning Renown and XP during each season, you can largely ignore the Altars of Lilith after your first go-around of collecting them during your first playthrough.
That's all for our explainer of whether Altars of Lilith reset in Diablo 4 Season 1, and now you know while you can collect them again for XP and Renown, the stat bonuses they provide will remain during each new season.
